MADISON, Wis. — The 7-day positivity rate for new COVID-19 tests in Wisconsin has remained below 2% for more than a week, according to the state Department of Health Services.
As of Tuesday, the 7-day percent positive by test is at 1.4%.
Health officials said 2,828,024 residents have received at least one dose of vaccine, or 48.6% of Wisconsin. As of Tuesday, 2,512,557 people have been fully vaccinated, which is 43.2% of the state’s eligible population.
A total of 5,273,004 doses have been administered throughout the state, including 7,470 in the past day.
The rolling average of new COVID cases per day saw a minor increase to 151, and the state’s all-time total of confirmed cases has amassed 611,168.
According to DHS data, the seven-day average of confirmed COVID deaths per day stayed the same at 3. The statewide death toll has reached 7,178.
