PRIMROSE, Wis. — One person was flown to a local hospital after a piece of farming equipment trapped her inside of her SUV.
Authorities with the Dane County Sheriff’s Office responded to County Highway U at Ridge Drive around 4 p.m. Tuesday for a report of an SUV vs. farm sprayer crash.
Officials said the driver of an SUV, a 27-year-old woman, pulled out onto the roadway in front of an on-coming farm sprayer, which came to a rest on top of her vehicle, trapping her inside.
The woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was flown to a local hospital for treatment. Two children sitting in the backseat of the SUV were uninjured, but they were transported to a local hospital as a precaution.
The driver of the farm sprayer was uninjured.
