MADISON, Wis. — State troopers arrested a Madison man early Monday morning for a suspected 7th Operating While Intoxicated offense.
Wisconsin State Patrol was called to a crash on 1-94 at 1:40 am Monday morning.
Officers said they found 45-year-old Eugene O Trimble wandering lanes of traffic after the crash. They then arrested him for his 7th OWI offense.
