WAUNAKEE, Wis. — Waunakee police are investigating multiple counterfeit $20 bills used at area businesses.
A Facebook post said counterfeit bill detector pens will indicate if the bill is real.
Anyone who works at or owns a business is asked to be alert and contact law enforcement if they see something suspicious or have someone try to use a counterfeit bill.
