BELOIT, Wis. — All lanes of I-43 southbound near Beloit are back open after a disabled semi blocked the roadway Wednesday morning.
Wisconsin Department of Transportation officials said the vehicle broke down around 7:45 a.m. at mile marker 2. The lane closures lasted roughly an hour.
The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to the scene.
