The National Weather Service is issuing a Flash Flood Warning for parts of Crawford County until 4:30 p.m. Tuesday after another round of heavy rain.
More than 5 inches of rain fell in some areas that were already saturated with upwards of 10 inches of rain over the weekend.

The National Weather Service says there have been reports of mudslides and high water in many areas, including parts of Highway 35 north of Prairie du Chien being closed. The Wisconsin DOT says Highway 35 from County Highway K to County Highway D in Crawford County is closed due to a mudslide.

Drivers are urged to turn around and find a different route when they come across a flooded road, since most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
