Medical Emergency Causes One Vehicle Crash

Officials in Lafayette County were called regarding a motorist with a medical emergency just after 4pm Monday. Argyle Fire and EMS responded to North State Street in Argyle for a one vehicle accident. 79 year old Dennis Mason of Argyle was traveling south on North State Street when he had an unexpected medical emergency. Mason crossed the centerline and struck a power pole. No injuries were reported and Mason’s truck had moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Mason was cited for having no insurance.
