SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the name of the teenager that died after a Friday morning crash.
The crash happened at the intersection of Ridge Road and W. Medina Road at 6:54 a.m.
The teenage male who died was identified as 16-year-old Benjamin J. Chadwick of Marshall, WI. He was pronounced dead at the scene. According to a report, authorities confirmed that Chadwick’s death was the result of injuries sustained in the crash.
His death remains under investigation by the medical examiner’s office.
