MILWAUKEE — A Silver Alert has been issued for a Milwaukee woman who went missing Thursday morning.
The state Department of Justice said Mary Carlson, 69, left her home on South Logan Avenue at around 6:30 a.m. She is driving her vehicle, which was last spotted on Interstate 894 at South 27th Street.
Carlson is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 157 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair. She is diagnosed with dementia and also walks with a limp. Officials were unable to confirm what clothing she was last seen wearing.
The woman drives an orange 2016 Hyundai Tucson with the Wisconsin license plate 446ZCD. Officials said the vehicle has a human rights sticker on the right rear corner and may have a handicap placard inside.
