MADISON, Wis. — After a difficult year for the arts community, one of Madison’s biggest art shows is back.
Saturday morning marked the return of the Art Fair Off the Square, which showcases about 140 Wisconsin arts and craftspeople.
While the Art Fair On the Square does not return until September, organizers and artists said the arts need support now more than ever before.
