MILTON, Wis. – The Milton House is the only documented Wisconsin stop on the Underground Railroad. It’s also the last, certified Underground Railroad station in Wisconsin that can be toured.
It was built by abolitionist Joseph Goodrich and established the beginning of the Milton community over 175 years ago.
Contributions to the Milton Historical Society are essential to the funding of operations and advancing their mission.
