GREEN BAY, Wis. — The months of off-season drama and rumors that Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers may leave the team could be finally coming to an end.
That’s according to NFL.com reporter Ian Rapoport, who tweeted Monday that Rodgers has told people close to him that he plans to suit up in green and gold this season.
#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers has indicated to people close to him that he does plan to play for GB this season, sources say. That is the expectation. Many factors at play, but with GM Brian Gutekunst saying he is “hopeful” for a positive outcome, there is a glimmer of optimism.
