MADISON, Wis. A business on Madison’s east side was hit by gunfire Thursday night, according to an incident report from police.
According to the Madison Police Department, police responded to a report of shots fired around 9:15 p.m. near the 4900 block of Commercial Avenue.
Witnesses at the scene told officers the suspect fired a gun multiple times, hitting a business with people inside.
No one was injured by the gunfire and no other damage was reported.
The incident is still under investigation.
