MADISON, Wis. — Robinia Courtyard is the latest place in Madison to require proof of vaccination for its late-night events.
The courtyard, which is shared by Black Locust Cafe, MadisonTap and Jardin, posted on social media Tuesday that it will more closely follow CDC guidelines, including requiring customers to wear their masks when they are not seated at their table. People will also be required to show proof of vaccination to get into the courtyard’s late-night programming once dinner service concludes.
“After careful deliberations with promoters, event hosts, musicians and you, we feel this is the best path forward for Robinia Courtyard for the time being,” the Courtyard posted on its Facebook page.
Robinia Courtyard joins a growing list of private businesses choosing to ask customers to show proof of vaccination, including FIVE Nightclub, which made a similar announcement for peak business hours that will go into effect on Thursday night.
