The warning is in effect until 4:15 p.m.
Weather officials said a confirmed tornado was spotted over Clinton, roughly 10 miles west of Delavan, moving east at 20 mph.
Those in the area should find shelter immediately. Basements or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building are the safest spots. Anyone outdoors, in a mobile home or outdoors should find the nearest shelter to avoid flying debris.
