MADISON, Wis. — A burglar stole items and packages from at least nine people at an apartment complex on the city’s west side overnight.
Police responded to South Yellowstone Drive around 1:40 a.m. for a report of a burglary in the apartment’s common area.
The caller told police the burglar opened and took the contents from their package. Eight other victims were identified.
Authorities said the same building was targeted earlier in August.
