MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Tony Evers, along with a few state departments, are working to make sure state employees and their families get the coronavirus vaccine by hosting a variety of vaccine clinics.
The Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are being offered as part of the clinics at state buildings, which will be held at three locations.
“We need to double down on efforts to ensure people are getting vaccinated,” Department of Administration secretary Joel Brennan said. “Vaccines are safe, it’s the best way for us to get by and to move through the Covid-19 pandemic that we’ve had to live through that’s disrupted so much of our lives over the last year and a half.”
