MADISON, Wis. — Madison police recovered a loaded gun and drugs from a stolen vehicle found in downtown Madison on Tuesday.
Officers responded around 2 p.m. to the 300 block of South Henry Street for a report of a recovered stolen vehicle when a parking enforcement officer noticed the Vehicle Identification Number on the vehicle’s front window had been changed.
