MADISON, Wis. — Police have arrested a second suspect charged in a deadly Fourth-of-July weekend shooting.
Authorities said officers with the Madison Police Department took 24-year-old Avieon Little into custody Thursday after issuing an warrant earlier this week. He’s charged with first-degree intentional homicide, party to a crime for his alleged involvement in a shooting that left a 22-year-old man dead on July 5.
Officers were called to the BP gas station on Verona Road just before 1 a.m. on July 5th, where they found Keshaun Davis-Williams shot inside a vehicle. The responding officers tried to keep him alive, but he later died at a local hospital.
