WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. — Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells remains closed Saturday night as the casino makes progress to resolve “system issues.”
According to the casino’s Facebook page, the casino has been closed since Friday morning. The “system repairs” were first mentioned in a Facebook post Thursday morning around 8 a.m., when Ho-Chunk Gaming said it would be opening later than usual.
“We appreciate your patience as we address the situation and open our doors in a safe manner as expected, and are known for,” Saturday morning’s post read.
Ho-Chunk Gaming said its hotel and RV Park remain open for hotel guests, but anyone with a question on reservations for this weekend should call 800-746-2486, extension 7962.
The Whitetail Crossing convenience store is still open for its regular business hours, as are the sister casinos in Madison, Black River Falls, Nekoosa, Wittenberg and Tomah.
When News 3 Now contacted the casino, a spokesperson said another update on the casino’s status would come on Sunday via Facebook.
