BRISTOL, Wis. — Dane County Sheriff Deputies and Sun Prarie Police say the death of a 71-year old woman discovered last week was not suspicious.
The woman, Valorie McCreath of Rockton, Ill., was reported missing on August 24th. Police were called to the 1700 block of Columbus St. in Bristol at around 9:30 a.m. on August 26th and found McCreath dead in her car in a soybean field.
McCreath was the only person in the car.
An investigation showed that McCreath was not wearing a seatbelt, and died because of injuries sustained in a crash. Police released no further details.
