MADISON, Wis. — The African-American-Jewish Friendship Group is sending out a county-wide survey on diversity to Dane County businesses starting in September.
The surveys are part of an effort by the group to collect data on the number of African-Americans working at local companies, and the positions that they hold.
The group will look to establish data on racial diversity and equity and use that data to recommend future changes, especially when it comes to African-Americans holding leadership positions.
The survey is anonymous and will be sent out starting September 8th.
