MADISON, Wis. A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Madison woman.
72-year-old Yu Zhu Xu was last seen walking toward her home near the Henry Vilas Zoo around 6 p.m. Monday evening.
Her family told police she never arrived home.
According to the Madison Police Department, she is known to become confused, but has never been missing.
She was last seen wearing a multi-colored pattern T-Shirt, matching capri style pants, and brown leather sandals. The pattern of her shirt and pants are similar to the clothes she is wearing in the photo provided by the family.
