MADISON, Wis. — Rhumba 4 Rainbow, the Rainbow Project’s annual salsa dancing fundraiser, is back for 2021.
The event pairs world-renowned professional Latin dancers with local celebrities to raise money to prevent child abuse and end domestic violence.
