FORT MCCOY, Wis. — Fort McCoy is gathering donations for Afghan refugees staying in Wisconsin.
According to a Facebook post on Sunday, Team Rubicon, a nonprofit organization, is supporting the mission at Fort McCoy by accepting donations of new or freshly laundered, gently used clothing for the refugees.
The post said clothing should be seasonably appropriate.
Drop-off donations bins are located at the Sparta Armory at 602 East Division Street.
Donations can be dropped off everyday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
