PARK FALLS, Wis. — Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a man missing from a Price County nursing home.
Authorities said 69-year-old Anthony Scott Nicely had been previously placed in a nursing home because of a medical condition, but shortly after 4 p.m. Sunday, Virginia Nicely was seen leaving the nursing home with him. Anthony is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Anthony is described as a white man who is 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He has brown eyes, gray hair, a salt-and-pepper mustache, and a scar on his chest. He was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt.
According to the alert, the two may be riding in a 2019 Ram 1500 being driven by Virginia. Authorities said the pair have possible connections to Ironwood, Michigan; Hersey, Michigan; Glidden, Wisconsin; Eagle River, Wisconsin; and Superior, Wisconsin.
The pickup truck the pair are believed to be traveling in has a Wisconsin license plate number RA4801. The vehicle says “BIGHORN” in the lower-left corner of the tailgate.
