A newly unsealed indictment alleges that on five different occasions between April and November 2020, Eisele created sexually explicit content with a minor. The indictment also alleges that on March 16 he was in possession of a phone with depictions of child porn. At least one of the images involved a minor who was younger than 12.
Eisele was arrested at his home in Janesville on Thursday. He’s currently being held at the Dane County Jail.
If convicted, Eisele faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in federal prison for each of the production charges and a maximum of 20 years on the possession charge.
The charges against Eisele came as the result of an investigation by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI.
