JANESVILLE, Wis. – The Rock County Public Health Department is partnering with Community Health Systems and the School District of Janesville to host a COVID-19 and flu clinic at Franklin Middle School on Tuesday, Oct. 5 from 4 to 7 p.m.
There is no cost to participate and no documentation or insurance required. Walk-ins are welcome.
These clinics are open to the public and will offer the COVID-19 vaccine for those ages 12 and up and the flu vaccine for children ages 6 months to 18 years. Adult flu vaccines will not be available at this clinic.
Minors require parental consent and should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians who are not able to accompany their child should call 608-352-6727.
Pre-registration is available at https://rebrand.ly/Franklin-Middle-School. Transportation assistance to any COVID-19 vaccination clinic may be arranged by calling 211.
Franklin Middle School is located at 450 N. Crosby Ave. in Janesville.
