Two People Arrested At Diamond Jo Casino

Two people were arrested at the Diamond Jo Casino Sunday. Dubuque Police report the arrest of 40 year old Will Thomas Jr. of Dubuque and 59 year old David Manternach around 8:30 Sunday night. Both were arrested on charges of forgery. Thomas was also arrested on a charge of intoxication by drugs and Manternach on a charge of public intoxication.
