Officials at the Bell Tower Theater in Dubuque say their offices will remain closed today (Tues) after a water main break over the weekend. The facility had 6 to 8 inches of water in parts of the venue when staff arrived Sunday. City officials were working Monday to determine the source of the break. Crews had to shut off water to nearby businesses as well. The Bell Tower is planning to open its box office by phone on Wednesday, and then resume in-person operations by next week.
