Three people – including two jeveniles – have been arrested for their part in a large fight that happened Sunday in Dubuque. Police were called to the 21-hundred block of Jackson Street around 10:40 Sunday morning. Officers say those involved were swinging bats and sticks. Reports show 37-year-old Monica Grayson was arrested on a charge of interference with official acts. Police also arrested two juveniles on charges of interference with official acts. An investigation into Sunday’s incident is ongoing.
