Arrest For Failure To Comply With Sex Offender Registry

Dubuque Police arrested 34 year old James Hammerand Monday at Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on warrants charging fourth-degree theft and failure to comply with the sex offender registry-second or subsequent offense.
