MADISON, Wis. — First responders are at the scene of a two-vehicle crash at U.S. Highway 12/18 and County Highway AB on the far southeast side of Madison Friday night.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Office said the crash was reported around 8 p.m.
Eastbound traffic on Highway 12/18 is closed at Interstate 39/90, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
A News 3 Now crew at the scene reported a significant first responder presence.
Further details about the crash were not immediately available.
Construction on a new interchange between Highway 12/18 and Highway AB began earlier this month and is expected to last through October 2023.
