MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are investigating after they said someone broke into a home and stole items on the city’s west side.
Police were called to the 100 block of Pine Ridge Trail Friday at around 1 p.m. after a woman returned home to find a screen window missing. Several items were reported stolen.
Police said the incident is believed to have occurred between noon and 1 p.m. on Friday. An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information on the break-in is urged to contact Madison Area Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014.
