JANESVILLE, Wis. — Trial dates have been scheduled for a former Rock County deputy accused of sexually assaulting multiple children.
Gary Huber, 35, faces ten felony charges ranging from first-degree child sexual assault and repeated sexual assault of the same child to child enticement. He has pleaded not guilty to all ten charges.
According to online court records, jury selection is scheduled for May 22, 2023, and the trial is scheduled for five days running from May 22-26.
Police arrested Huber in Fort Wayne, Ind., in December. A criminal complaint alleges he assaulted multiple children between 2010 and 2016 prior to working for the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
