MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are searching for a suspect after they said a man was stabbed near Warner Park on Friday.
Officers were sent to the 1700 block of Northport Drive at around 7 p.m. for a report of teenagers fighting in a parking lot. A 46-year-old man was found at the scene with a head injury and a stab wound to the chest. Both injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Police said the suspect, whose identity is unknown, fled the scene after the stabbing and is at large. An investigation is active and ongoing.
