MADISON, Wis. — Let’s go girls! Country superstar Shania Twain is bringing her talents to UW-Madison’s Kohl Center in May 2023 as part of her upcoming tour.
The five-time Grammy winner will stop in Madison on May 16 in the midst of her 49-stop tour in support of her upcoming album Queen of Me, which releases on Feb. 3, 2023.
The tour is Twain’s first in nearly five years. Twain will get a helping hand from several opening acts throughout its full run with Iowa country singer Hailey Whitters opening for the Madison show.
In an effort to raise money for Shania Kids Can, $1 from each ticket will be donated to the group which works to “promote positive change in children’s lives” by giving them academic support, nutritious meals and more. Twain established the group in 2010.
Tickets go on sale Friday, November 4 at 10 a.m. at uwbadgers.com.
