Dubuque Woman Arrested For Domestic Assault Incident

Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Alissa Molzof of Dubuque on Sunday at her residence on charges of domestic assault with strangulation, domestic assault with injury and three counts of child endangerment. According to a report, Molzof assaulted 30 year old Adam Dugan at their residence in the presence of three children.
