MIDDLETON, Wis. — Senator Ron Johnson stopped in Middleton on Sunday as his campaign for reelection entered the final days.
Johnson took pictures and spoke with supporters, who held campaign signs for the incumbent from Oshkosh.
The most recent Marquette Law School poll showed Johnson is nearly tied with his challenger, Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes, meaning the words he says between now and Tuesday carry even more weight.
According to the poll, 50% of people polled who have already voted or are certain to vote sided with Johnson while 48% went for Barnes.
