MADISON, Wis. — A Navy recruiter who was arrested in Janesville earlier this week following allegations he used his position to gain access to high schoolers and sexually assault them is being held on a $50,000 bond.
Bryan Bradley-Hubbard, 25, of Machesney Park, Ill. was charged Wednesday in Rock County with four counts of child enticement and two counts of sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children.
According to a criminal complaint filed against him, Bradley-Hubbard messaged teens via social media apps on multiple occasions, telling them he was 18 and had recently been appointed as a recruiter for the Navy.
