Police said a Dubuque man sexually abused a girl he knew for a period of about six years. 40 year old John Peroca was arrested around 10 pm on Tuesday on warrants charging second-degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse. Court documents state that Dubuque police began investigating Pecora on June 16, 2021.
