Bond was set at $1 million this morning for 23 year old Romell Enoch, who is accused of killing 20 year old Kylie Duster of Dubuque last year. During the first hearing for Enoch in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County on a charge of first-degree murder, Judge John Sullivan set Enoch’s $1 million bond and scheduled his next hearing for Thursday, December 22nd. Enoch sat mostly silent during his hearing, only answering a few questions asked by Sullivan. Enoch was arrested Wednesday in Clarinda, Iowa and charged with the suffocation death of Kylie Duster at her apartment in Dubuque in July 2021.
