CROSS PLAINS, Wis. — A fire caused significant damage to a home in Cross Plains over the weekend.
The fire broke out around 4:20 p.m. Sunday at a home on Gil’s Way. According to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office, it appears to have started in a garage before spreading to a house.
Photos provided by a viewer showed flames shooting out of the garage and windows on the other side of the home.
Fire departments from a number of surrounding agencies responded to the scene.
