Dubuque Man Violates Sex Offender Registry

Dubuque Police arrested 27 year old Armund Bolton of Dubuque on Wednesday at his residence on warrants charging failure to comply with the sex offender registry, sex offender verification violation, voluntary absence from custody and parole violation.
