Assault, Harassment, and Public Intoxication Charges For Dubuque Man

Officials with the Dubuque Police Department say that 41 year John Oglesby of Dubuque was arrested just after 2 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Main Street on charges of assault causing injury, first-degree harassment and public intoxication.
