A Dubuque man is accused of supplying two underage girls with alcohol and sexually assaulting them. 39 year old Mohammed Hussain of Dubuque, was arrested Monday on charges of supplying alcohol to a person under legal age and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse. Reports say that a girl younger than 15 recently called authorities to report that she and a female friend also younger than 15 were picked up by Hussain and driven around Dubuque, as he purchased alcohol for the girls to drink from multiple retail locations.
