Domestic Dispute Ends With Lancaster Man Arrested

Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to West Mound View Avenue in Belmont just after 12:30am Sunday to assist the Belmont Police Department with a domestic dispute. According to a report, 30 year old Kyle McGuire of Lancaster was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Battery and False Imprisonment. McGuire was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
