Dubuque Man Is Arrested On Several Drug Charges

Dubuque police arrested 34 year old Timothy Mellon of Dubuque Tuesday night on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as warrants charging three counts of probation violation.
