Drug Charges and OWI Charges For Dubuque Woman

A Dubuque woman was arrested Sunday on drug possession charges. 28 year old Whitney Foley was arrested during the early morning hours Sunday in the area of West 12th and Iowa streets on charges of possession of amphetamines and operating while intoxicated.
