Authorities: Dubuque County man sexually abused girl

Authorities said a Dubuque County man sexually abused a girl under age 14. 32 year old Jonathan Johll, of Asbury, was arrested at 6 a.m. Thursday at Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging second-degree sexual abuse. Reports state that Johll sexually abused a girl that he knew in June at his residence. A warrant was issued for Johll’s arrest was issued Monday.
